Living Room
The living room is a calm, open space ideal for socialising. Filled with light from the large window which overlooks the pond. Decorated with a combination of modern and vintage furniture, the living room features a large leather sofa, vintage swivel chairs by Parker Knoll, a sixties Radiophone, Gplan side table, hat-stand and venetian blinds.
The living room also offers a 50″ plasma television with Freeview, a DVD player.
Free Wi-Fi access is available at Grassmere.
Open Plan Kitchen & Dining
Overlooking the garden there is a contemporary and well equipped open plan kitchen & dining room.
The dining area has a table which will seat up to 8 people. A high chair is available.
The kitchen is equiped with everything you will need during your stay. A Bosch oven, induction cooker, large integrated double fridge-freezer, a retro Smeg dishwasher. The pantry stores a microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, glasses, mugs and serving dishes and the small cupboard you will find brooms and all cleaning necessities.

Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious and fully accessible en-suite wet room with a walk in rainfall style shower, bath, loo and a stylish Vitra floating vanity unit. Underfloor heating with slip resistant tiles for safety and ambience lighting for an enjoyable experience.
On the first floor are two shower rooms, with loo, sink and shower. They are furnished with the effortless style of Matki floating basins, frameless shower enclosures and heated towel radiators.
