Oxborourgh Hall is a moated country house in the village of Oxborough, today in the care of the National Trust. Built around 1482 by Sir Edmund Bedingfeld, Oxborourgh has always been a family home, not a fortress.
A stunning Palladian house and beautiful English Deer Park. The Seat of The Earls of Leicester and the Coke family. ‘The Duchess’ was filmed here and the picturesque beach was used for ‘Shakespeare in Love’.
